Unless a separate written engagement and applicable licensure expressly provide otherwise, Northlen does not perform audits, reviews, examinations, attestations or other assurance engagements and does not express an opinion or assurance on financial statements or other information.

Forecasts and forward-looking analysis

Forecasts, budgets, scenarios, cash-flow models, transaction analyses and strategic recommendations are based on assumptions and information provided by clients or third parties. Actual outcomes will differ and Northlen does not guarantee financial, financing, tax, transaction or operating results.

Financial Health Assessment

The Northlen Financial Health Assessment is a preliminary business-finance diagnostic for discovery and service routing. It is not an audit, review, compilation, assurance engagement, tax opinion, valuation, legal opinion or investment advice.

The specific scope, responsibilities, limitations, deliverables and terms of any Northlen professional service are governed by the applicable written engagement.
