Northlen Website Privacy Notice

Effective August 29, 2026. This notice describes Northlen's current website data practices. Northlen may update this notice as website features, service providers or legal requirements change. Production legal text should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch or after material changes to data practices.

Information you provide to Northlen

Northlen may collect information you voluntarily provide through website forms, assessments, consultation requests, scheduling tools or other direct communications. This may include your name, business email, telephone number, company, industry, revenue range, accounting system, service interests and information you choose to include with an inquiry.

Financial Health Assessment

When you use the Northlen Financial Health Assessment, Northlen may process the responses you submit to calculate an assessment result, provide recommendations and, when you choose to continue, associate the assessment with a consultation or service inquiry.

Please do not enter confidential financial records, tax documents, account credentials or other highly sensitive information into the public assessment.

Website analytics

Northlen currently uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, including information such as page visits, referral sources, campaign parameters, approximate device and browser categories, general geographic information and website conversion activity.

Plausible is configured as Northlen's privacy-friendly website analytics provider. It does not use analytics cookies, browser local storage or persistent visitor identifiers and is not used by Northlen to follow individual visitors across unrelated websites or advertising networks.

Cookies and advertising technology

Northlen does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager advertising tags, Google Ads conversion tracking or other advertising pixels as part of its standard website analytics configuration.

Northlen may introduce additional measurement, advertising, personalization, chat or website optimization technologies in the future. If those technologies materially change how information is stored on a visitor's device or otherwise require additional notice or consent, Northlen intends to update its disclosures and implement appropriate controls before or when those technologies are activated.

Search performance information

Northlen may use services such as Google Search Console to understand how Northlen pages appear and perform in organic search results. Search performance reporting is used for website and search-engine optimization and is separate from Northlen's Plausible website analytics implementation.

How Northlen uses information

Northlen may use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, evaluate service fit, provide requested assessments, prepare proposals, maintain business and customer relationship records, deliver services, improve website performance, analyze marketing effectiveness, secure its systems and comply with legal or recordkeeping obligations.

Marketing communications

Optional marketing communications are separate from requesting a service or consultation. When applicable, you may unsubscribe using the mechanism provided in a marketing message or contact Northlen to request that marketing communications stop.

Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, tax returns, identity documents, payment-card details or other highly sensitive records through Northlen's public website forms.

When sensitive information is required in connection with an engagement, Northlen intends to use an approved secure channel appropriate to the information and service being provided.

Service providers

Northlen may use third-party service providers for website hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, scheduling, electronic signatures, billing, communications, security, automation, document management and other business operations.

The providers and website integrations used by Northlen may change as its operations develop. Not every service or integration available to Northlen is necessarily active on the public website at any given time.

Data retention

Northlen intends to retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including business, contractual, legal, tax, security and recordkeeping requirements.

Information security

Northlen intends to maintain reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information it processes. No Internet transmission or information system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights concerning certain personal information maintained by Northlen. You may contact Northlen to ask questions about its privacy practices or request assistance with an applicable privacy right.

Northlen does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable personal information, or ask Northlen to confirm how your information is handled, by emailing privacy@northlen.com. Please do not include sensitive records in the initial email.
